2.The central bar 83 cm (standard),is equipped with two blades, one swinging at the top side and one fixed at the bottom side.The swinging motion cuts the grass.The top side is directed by the transmission with an oscillatory movement that proceeds to the cutting of the grass due to the opposite movement of the fixed lower blade that acts as a counterlam.
